Accounting Intern

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports.
Support the accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing and reconciliation.

Participate in the preparation and analysis of budgets and forecasts.
Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay Range:

$15-$17 an hour

Financial Analyst Intern

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Support the development and maintenance of financial models to aid in forecasting and budgeting processes.
Provide assistance in reading and understanding lease agreements, including extracting key terms and financial obligations.
Participate in financial planning and analysis activities, including variance analysis.
Create charge schedules based on lease agreements to be implemented into billing software.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting, and financial modeling.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (experience with financial modeling and data analysis is preferred).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

Ability to read and interpret lease agreements, with an understanding of key lease terms and financial implications.
Basic understanding of corporate finance, financial statement analysis, and commercial lease agreements.

Pay Range:

$15-$17 an hour
